For those of you who like it simple, this is the smoothie for you. Feel free to sub vanilla or chocolate protein powder if you’d rather.

1 scoop plain protein powder

2 T. Golden Millstone Sesame Butter

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

½ banana

1 cup ice
